Spec me a USB hub

I really didn't know which forum to put this question in. This seemed most fitting because of the use.

What I want is a hub which I can plug into the mains (not a computer) in order to connect various charging implements to it - chiefly a wireless charging pad, and an Apple Watch charger.

I currently have this:
https://smile.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00O0L2NWI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Connected to a 1A (Apple) charger socket. But the watch charger, when plugged in to this, doesn't work at all. Also I've plugged a couple of other things into it which have seemed to either struggle to charge, or not charge at all (old iPod, TomTom). The wireless charging pad works, but maybe slowly, I haven't checked properly.

I don't know what it is about this hub which is causing it to not fulfill my brief, so I'm not really sure what to search for that will be better. Can anyone offer any advice? Or a product they have which would do the job?

Thanks in advance!

I use one of these which has individually switched sockets, its own power supply and being made of aluminium has a nice solid quality feel. I also have the 7 port version as well.

DATA
I have a USB kvm switch (attached to multiple pcs ) for data connections
-mouse receiver, keyboard data cable, amplifier data
(You can substitute this with a hub if you don't need the kvm)

POWER
I have a 5* 2.4A + 1*QC3 powered charging hub for charging.
Powrr cable to mouse, phone Dock, keyboard power USB cable , xbox controller Dock

(for clarity. My keyboard has 2 USB inputs. One for power and one for data, but these are connected to different sources)

I actually don't think I have any device that needs power and data. Which makes things much easier!
Trying to charge from a hub just overloaded it

I did an about turn just after my last post here - on the realisation, as per a more recent post, that what I needed to be searching for specifically is a USB charger, not a USB hub.
I need something corded so I can have the sockets on my desk though, so I have gone with this in the end:

The readouts should be interesting for a good 5 minutes before I decide I should have bought something more subtle.

Amatures.

I really need a charging hub but I just cant choose which one. I hate it.

I have it now, and it works well. Interestingly, the watch charger works perfectly but the display is showing only 0.4A. So it shows how much the hub I was using before must have been throttling it if it was outputting so low it wouldn't charge.
The wireless charging pad for my phone on the other hand shows 1.5A, and is clearly charging the phone far quicker than it was before.

Just ordered the 7-port version. Thank you for the tip. It has a lot of good reviews also. I'm only using it to connect already-powered devices (printer, scanner, etc.). I won't be using it as a charging station though I'm sure 12v/3a could handle my mobile dock with no problem.
