spec me a usb lead

I do a small amount of computer work for my golf club every now and again and they have asked me to connect their large plasma screen TV to a laptop. The laptop will be placed around 30ft away and will be connected via a USB cable. I've had a look and I cannot find the appropriate cable on OCUK so can anyone point me in the right direction as to a store on the internet I may find one. cheers

Can't connect it via a USB lead. What you want most likely is a VGA lead, or if your laptop/plasma has it, a DVI lead.

Both of which you should find at those lengths quite easily. Just FYI I doubt you would find one single USB cable that long as the signal is not supposed to go that far (well it is, but I don't think the USB standard guarantees a signal over long distances?), but you can buy extenders and daisy-chain them.

What i was getting at was a USB isn't going to connect it to the plasma is it ?
