Spec me a VMware Server / Testing machine with muchos ram...

I need to build something with the following spec:

Intel i7
24GB Ram
2TB HD
Non gaming GPU

Will be used for testing multiple virtualised environments with VMware server on top of a MS server OS.

Got about £800-£900 to spend (base unit only)

Any thoughts?
