If anyone has any experience with setting up home VoIP I'd love to hear your thoughts.
I want to be able to make and receive calls via an enterprise grade Ethernet VoIP handset (Avaya) that I have at home.
I guess I would need to find a VoIP cloud based provider to enable me to receive and make calls via a traditional telephone number that I can pass to external clients but I'm at a bit of a loss as to what I need to do to make this all happen. I know that apps exist, and Skype etc but I'd like to make use of a physical handset on my desk.
Would anyone be able to help? Or am I missing something obvious? Thanks!
