Still using one i bought at some market stall in Greece for about a fiver 9 years ago and it's still going strong. I really should buy a new smaller card holder one though as I hardly ever have any cash in it nowadays other than a single £20 note.

I like Paul Smith too, I used to have a little card holder from them as I can't stand wallets (purses?) that hold coins and rarely have the need for loads of cash in my pocket anyway.
I'm currently using a more conventional Paul Smith wallet that was bought for me by work mates as a birthday present, the old card holder was around 15 years old and had started to get tatty so they thought I'd appreciate it, which I do.

A few of their wallets seem to have it, I am finding it a little.. odd
People who travel a lot/use thier phone for work a lot but dont have a dual sim phone.
Also cheating husbands
