Hey, could you please spec me a watercooling kit (Either a kit put together or a custom kit) That inclundes everything I need to watercool my cpu (socket 939)

It needs to fit into a coolermaster wavemaster case and I don't really want to go over £250.

thanks a mill :p

+ Any suggestions on parts would help also ;)

DDC2 pump with petras top
D-tek Fuzion or Apogee GT CPU block
Thermochill PA 120.2 Rad
Tygon tubing
Danger Den Fillport (Black delrin)
T-piece
Jubilee clips
Distilled water
Zerex (Or even better if you can get it Pentosin G11+PT nuke)

That should about do it. Some of the parts might be a bit hard to get hold of, and you may have to look to the US for them, but it would be worth it IMO. :)

Thanks, seems like a lot of kit. how much do you think that will set me back?

also do you think it's worth cooling a 8800gtx aswell? or would that be a lot more money?

Your best bet for cooling an 8800 is a fullcover EK block which will set you back £50ish. Im not sure how much all that kit will set you back tbh. Ive got most of what ive listed, but I got it in several orders so im not sure how much the total comes to. But as is usually the case, you get what you pay for. If you want to go for a all in one kit, you could do worse than look at the Switech Apex ultra kit.

I might just go with a kit, Just seems easyer for a beginner to watercooling

kits are good to start with, but then you get stuck in the upgrade trap, most kits (esp thermaltake ones) come with thin tubing and quick connecters, generally this means you can't upgrade your tubing, can't make really tight tube turnings (unless you stick some coolsleeves on) and soem come with pump/res combined, meaning if you want to upgrade one you'd have to upgrade the other.

for your 250 sobs i'd go
d-tek fuzion £40
DDC w/ Petra Top $60 or a D5 £65
between 5 and 10 foot of tygon £10-20
10 or so jubilee clips £5
cape bullseye pro (cn be installed in drive bays if you're not up for cutting up your case) £30
ek full cover as stated above about £50
you can fit 2 240mm rads into a wavemaster (i can show you a load of project logs for the wavemaster if you want), 1 at the top and 1 at the front, performance 2xBIX240 or 2xPQ120.2, for thinnes, 2xBlack Ice Stealth240 £25-£35 each

:)
