Right looking for a watercooling system for a Q6600

I am gonna be using a 680i MOBO

& at the moment I only wanna cool the CPU.........

Gonna be built into a coolermaster cosmos s case so I want a triple radiator.

Money is no object I just want the best performance possible & preferably a quiet but powerful system....ideally with lots of speed controllers so I can turn it down when I'm not gaming

Some specific questions.......

1. Any problems with the bay reservoirs....are they tough to bleed?

2. I was gonna get the DDC pumps but the 3/8 ID puts me off as i would prefer 1/2 ID.....is there really any difference?

Im no expert on wc but i know that many people on here have bay reservoirs with no real issues. Obviously thermochill and laing have a good rep around here and tubing size is pretty much personal preference imo.

XSPC RS360 rad in roof of cosmos
XSPC DDC res and pump (10w or 18w)
Dtek Fuzion 2

1/2 inch barbs all round and either 1/2 inch tube or 7/16.

Don't get the single bay XSPC mine was junk, get the double bay, running that and a EK Supreme + 1/2 tubing on a Q6600 and i'm more than happy.

Other pump i like and what i'm using in my other loop is the XSPC 400, both are silent.

Money no object! :D
EK Supreme Block
TFC 360 Rad
3 * TFC Xtender Shrouds
DDC 3.2 18V Pump with XSPC Res Top , or even 2!
7 * EK G1/4 3/8" ID 1/2" OD Compression Fittings
6 * Xilence Red Fans

If money is no object then the TFC 480 quad rad has to be mentioned. ;)

But for the case the TFC 360 is top of the pile, the shrouds are good if you are after the very best performance.

Only thing I would change there really is the fans for some Yate Loons.

...but if I understood yesterday's threads correctly the roof panel of the Cosmos S needs modding to take the TFC 360 rad, right? I also found reviewsof the Cosmos S/drawings of the TFC rad on the Feser site that listed the fan hole spacing as 15mm on one and 17mm on the other (I forget which way around) - rendering mods needed for fitting that rad to a Cosmos S?

In which case wouldn't a Thermochill be as good, if not better, choice of rad?
