Okay, at christmas time i am going to upgrade all the parts of my computer, and with one of the pay-packets before then i think a watercooling setup would be a good idea, however even after reading quite a bit about it i have no idea which parts i should buy or which parts are better than others.

All i have learned is that full kits of one particular brand arent as good as a good set of mix-and-match items from others.

From what i can see the case isnt a huge problem, some people use a bracket to fit the rad at the back of the case on the usual 120mm fan slot, the less case modification required the better.

Now i will want to be cooling a Q6600 and an 8800GTX when the time comes, what would be the IDEAL setup, including everything required?

If you want minimal case modification, you will have to get a big case ( that is if you are planning to watercool GPU + CPU + Chipset ).

- Swiftech Apogee GTX Extreme Performance CPU Waterblock (LGA775)
- EK-FC8800 8800 GTX - Acetal
- Laing DDC2 12V 18w Pump
- ThermoChill PA120.3

Not a guru at watercooling, but the items above are probably more than adequate to meed your needs. I missed out on res, tubing etc, cause more or less the same, depends what res/tube etc you want.
