Spec me a wireless speaker!

I've recently moved into a flat, and want to sort out a wireless audio system for me and my girlfriend to use.

As its a flat, it doesn't need to be anything particularly powerful, but sound quality is still the priority!

Spotify Connect would be highly, highly preferred, as would AirPlay compatibility (although I suspect this is less of an issue with systems like Sonos, with their own excellent apps)

£300 or so would be my top end budget

I am really interested to know this as well. I want to be able to stream from Spotify on iPad to a small speaker.

I have asked before but have never had an answer. I find audio stuff a little confusing.

Well the Bose Soundtouch 20 sounds decent enough, but I've heard there's typically always a better option than Bose at any given price point!

Get couple of Play 1s. Then you can either run them in stereo or use them in 2 rooms when you need to.

They're badged as DigiFunk® - WiFi Wireless Audio Music AirPlay Receiver 3 on amazon. Currently £39.99 but you need a speaker as well. I currently have 2 and getting a third.

I think the exception is the mini sound link. It's amazing when positioned well. Have mine hooked up to an old apple airport express for AirPlay when it's in it's home, or I can Bluetooth and carry it to a different room

Not perfect for your requirements though, still worth a look/listen.
