Spec me a XBMC build

I would like to build a XBMC and it will stream the movies from my NAS server (Network).

It will be streaming blue-ray/HD movies and DVDs.

Budget £200

I need a nice case, quiet, and low power. Don't need a big hard disk on XBMC device.
