I need 4xSata ports minimum, with at least one being sata3.

USB3, Decent enough sound (no VIA chips)

and £100 budget.

I've been looking at the ASRock Z68M-ITX/HT but its got very limited OC ability (no vcore control).

for now its going to run a server, but in the future I could see it being a mid range gaming rig so would want a bit of OC room if possible.

onboard WiFi is not needed.

It probably won't be under £100 - but the ASUS P8Z77-I Deluxe Mini-ITX is worth a look.

This is a Z77 chipset motherboard that overclocks well (see this review), uses a Realtek® ALC898 for sound, 4 rear USB3 ports, 4 internal SATA ports (2 being SATA3) and two rear eSATA ports.

Does it have to be z68 or a 77? I'm using a standard intel dh67cf. Running as a server, has 1 pci-e 16x slot, i have a raid card in mine, but you could add a graphics card instead. usb 3 etc. I can't fault it.

I'll be pairing it with a HD6450, and it'll double up as a HTPC. it would be a shame if I want to game on it in the future and not be able to OC at all. also, isn't H61 and H67 Ivy support shaky?

The P8Z77-I looks like the ideal board to get if you want to be doing any overclocking. Tbh you really don't need anything powerful at all to make a HTPC, couple of hundred quid would get you one.
