Spec Me! About £550, inc TFT Monitor

Title says it all really, would be appreciative to anyone who could spec me a system for my bro, for about £530 to include a 17" TFT monitor. I realise the monitor is going to set the rest of the system back performance wise, but he's adament. Mostly wants to use it for things like work, browsing net, multitasking etc. Gaming wise, probably not very heavily graphics oriented, things like championship manager etc.

Might wanna add a freezer 7 pro (quieter) and I would reccomend OCing to around 3.5 which should be easy, I have had 3.85 on the deluxe version of the board (same BIOS options) only limited by cooling.
