I'm building a machine for my cousin with a budget of £800. He wants to play Guild Wars 2, world of tanks and the like. This is what I came up with, any suggestions? thanks :)

If you are willing to sacrifice the case then you can get a 3570K, so you can overclock. This should give you a good performance with those games as I believe they benefit more from a more powerful CPU than GPU.
 
He won't be overclocking so the K series chip isn't worth it, and he's not great with computers so him managing a SSD plus HDD is probably to complex for him :/ lol...

But he wants that case, so can't change that...

And I'll change the graphics card
