Spec me an ADSL ISP

I'm looking for an ADSL ISP for my mate's house. They're getting rid of Sky and need a new ISP.

It needs to be 6 months or less contract
Reliable
8MB or faster
at least 10GB monthly download limit
Less than £20 per month.

I'm with Be* Unlimited which costs £18.00 p/month with a 3 monthly contract.

No download limit either.
