Same as loads of you, I'm on a new year fitness thing.
Alyways been to the gym for weights and as I don't 'need' to be too fit I've always got by on the fact I've been young and live a fairly healthy lifestyle, so I've not trained for cardio in 7 or 8 years.
Starting to notice I'm significantly less fit than ever, so I'm going to start the ball rolling with some sessions on a tredmill.
Can anyone suggest any good, up tempo albums to keep me motivated?
I used to be a raver back in the day, and I'm a big Prodigy fan, maily listen to things like The Killers and Kings of Leon nowdays though, but I'm completely open minded.
Don't care about the style or the content really, as long as it's quite heavy and aggressive it should do the trick.
Rock or dance or whatever else is fine, only stipulation is I need to be able to get it on iTunes.
Cheers all, happy new year, and good luck to everyone like me who hopes to make the new years fitness thing last more than a month
