Spec me an AM3..................

Spec me the most reliable AM3 system, motherboard, quad core CPU and RAM already have old hard drive, graphics card etc. Try get as cheap as possible :)
 
can be any OS as i get them free with uni. About £200 -£250 ? probs be overclocking a little bit yes. just for programming, design, general use and some gaming really. :D

This i would hurry though as that patriot ram is on special offer if i believe?
Also you might want to try your hand at unlocking the extra cores on the CPU, but if that failed you still have a decent cpu anyway :)
 
il be alright using the other old stuff from my amd system which is am2 arnt i. E.g. hard drives, graphics card, disk drive, power supply etc?
 
What PSU do you have? And do you have a CPU cooler?

my CPU cooler is an air cooler with a massive radiator, so no problem there.
