Spec me an amazing Mini ITX build please

Current pc is

i7 920 @3.8
6gb Dominator ram
Foxconn mobo
7970 3gb

Looking to build a Mini ITX pc using the Fractal Node 202 case when its released soon and want to build something better than I have now for the living room.

would prefer the following -

a £2-300 "overclocking cpu"
best mobo
best ram
best 3d card ( 970 by the looks of it? )

I have a nib 850evo 500gb and an 8tb Seagate for everything else.

if it fits I ll be using an AIO watercooler for cpu.

I'd wait for Skylake but if you can't, I would definitely build mine all over again.

There's nothing to touch it for price/perf currently IMO as long as you "need" an i7 and 16gb.

No way I would be building z97/haswell now though until I knew how much the Skylake stuff was going to be and how well it performed. If Skylake 4790k equivalent is £300 though and you can get a good ddr3/z97 deal then it could still be worth doing.

no rush as still no ETA on the case anyway ( presuming its 1-2 months away still )

i ll check out skylake but will probably go down that road then unless its cack.

cheers for suggestions, they fall in line with what else ive read online anyway. was hoping to get a 980ti mini itx in there if ones out in a few months.
