Spec me an AMD bundle

Hi all, I have just bought myself a Radion 5770 to play BFBC2 and want to upgrade my mobo, processor and memory aswell.

Currently Im running with an:

ASROCK something or other (about 4 year old)
3Gb DDR2 (533Mhz) Have 4Gb but I think the board is too old to run 4, so I took one stick out.
Athlon 64 duo 4200

I'm wanting to stick with AMD as I've heard they're cheaper than Intel for mid range hardware.

I'm not wanting to spend more than £250, so any advice would be much appreciated.

(not too sure about that board though. Best read some reviews first. Keep an eye on this thread see what people say).

It might be best to wait until the x6 phenom cpus come out at the end of the month. General consensus seems to be that they will push the price of quad core phenoms down a bit.

Will you be overclocking? If so you will probably need an after market cpu cooler as well.

The fenrir or the Baram would allow you plenty of of overclocking headroom on a 955. A cheaper cooler like the TX3 would give some overclocking but you would be constrained by temps before you are by the chip itself.
