Spec me an AMD Gaming Computer (with components, peripherals and software) for £3000

I am looking into buying a computer and need help on deciding the internal components, external peripherals and software.

As the title states, my price limit is £3000 for everything.

It needs the following components, peripherals and software for it:

Components:
Motherboard
CPU
Heat Sink
RAM
Graphic Card
Sound Card
Optical Drive
Hard Drive
PSU
USB Ports
Network Card
Cables
Tower/Case

Peripherals:
Monitor
Keyboard
Mouse
Printer

Software:
Operating System
Anti Virus
Application programs, e.g. Microsoft Office, etc (optional).

AMD's fine for the GPU choice (More than fine really, Nvidia/AMD are nigh on parity) but at this budget? It'd be pure madness to go for an AMD CPU.

Are you open to Intel?

Intel then, although I've been an AMD user for a long time. I could switch, no problem. My last gaming PC I built in 2008 and it is outdated now.
