I've decided to amp up the S2000 and consolidate in to one 4ch amplifier.
I'm running Focal Access 165A1 components at the front, stock rollbar speakers at the rear (will drive these from the HU) and a JL 10W0V2 10" sub in a custom box that's sunk in to the tool well.

So, looking for an amp that will match those items.

This JBL has been recommended but to be honest, I don't really know: http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/jbl-gto1004.html

I don't really want to spend any more than £150-£200 unless it's absolutely worth it.

THELOUDEST TL-2091 2000w 4-Channel Car Amplifier

Owned this for couple years now.. along with their 2000w speakers.. superb. They sell it on the best know auction site for £180ish.

Also, run 2 JBL 12" subs off it.. handles them all fine still with more to give.

Highly recommend.

There's no way THELOUDEST kit is anywhere near as good as they say. compare it to some well known manufacturers that claim that kind of power and look at the price difference.

I don't disagree that if you were to compare a 2000w system from them to a well known manufacturer, that the well known one would come out on top... but so would the price.

I've listened to quite a few systems and played with a hell of a lot of amps the past couple years.. and I really cant fault this amp in comparison to others in that price range... Hence why I brought it.

Don't just knock it because its a lower known brand.

Hmm, that Theloudest amp looks good on paper but I'm concerned that the sound quality wont be anything decent. I mean, anyone can make an amp that does 1 bajillion W in to 1ohm, 50Hz at 50% THD but to do it with quality takes a little more.
Then again, I think most car amps are stupidly over priced so hmmm, not sure.

I'm not knocking it because its a lower known brand I'm knocking it because from experience with they're mono amp paired with the 12" sub, yes they kick hard but the quality isn't there compared to others such as Ground Zero

Have a look at the JL Audio XD400/4 range. Very nice amps, top quality and really small.
But more than you might want to spend but worth it. Alternatively have a look at the vibe black box range.

I'm not sure if you can find one that suits your application and / or budget, but I would take a look at Denon.

Superb kit imo.:)
