Spec me an HTPC graphics card for Linux

I wan't to change my HTPC over possibly to Linux. I need a quiet card from Nvidia (as I need VDPAU support) that will output audio over HDMI (under Linux) nicely.

I want something as cheap as possible. Any recommendations? Looking probably at a 210....not sure which one to get...
