spec me an iron

I have a Russell Hobbs iron which was about £30, I would rate it as good.
I'm certainly not tempted to replace it.

Some cheaper Irons do feel cheap and are harder work to use, my friends iron is bloody terrible. its worth getting something decent, although you would have a tough job persuading me to spend more than £30-40.

Please for the love of God no. I'm in enough of a spin as it is. I wouldn't want my wellbeing to take a tumble. Still I suppose it'll all come out in the wash, it's all part of the cycle of life.
 
Depends on fade or draw but generally, if it's over 160 yds, a seven iron won't cut the mustard; chip and run might work but depends on the approach.
