spec me an ISP

hey all, i really dont know much about this sort of thing so bare with me.

well ive pretty much had it with tiscali. the net keeps cutting off, and i get constant lag spikes in games and generally higher ping than others. really anoying.

so ive done abit of research, but thought id ask your personal opinions on who is the best to go with?

i really dont care much for download speed, as my line is limited to about 3MB anyway, i just want a consistant internet and the lowest ping possible in games.

as i said i dont know much about this, so if you need any info just let me know.

I'll spec you an exchange checker first of all, no point people here trying to recommend services when we've got no idea what's available to you.

Go for Be. Not as cheap as o2 but somewhat easier to get fastpath on your line sorted (which can improve ping in games).

I second for Be, I've set up a few of their connections and it's pretty solid.
