Spec Me an ISP

So, between the Sky Unlimited + phone option or VM 10 Mb, which one would you go for? I see people are recommending 30Mb +, but that takes me into the £30 a month territory, which I don't want to pay at the moment. Is their 10Mb package not worth it? Will it be better than Sky's?

Sky's service checker said that my line should get 10 - 20 Mb, but obviously I'm taking this with a pinch of salt.

I'm going to be around 1km away from the Exchange.

i've just kicked Be* into touch and went with Sky..Be* imo are too expensive when sky offer the same deal for a lot cheaper :)

if your really into your online gaming then i'd go sky unlimited.

seen a far number of mentions for online gaming issues on vm, relating to pings and the way they handle p2p (steam etc), not seen mention of similar issues with sky.

if you just have the odd game here and there, then which ever proves cheapest.
