I have just bought myself a Sony VAIO Laptop that has an LED screen and its brilliant.

So in my office I would like an LED monitor for my DeskTop PC too - 19" would be good - please spec me>!>!>!

do you want full HD too? if so then you'd have get a 22 inch LED

Unfortunately LED monitors aren't available yet... But if you're after a small (19 inches is relatively small) LED-backlit screen then BenQ is your best bet. You won't find any screens of that size with Full HD (1080p) resolution, but the BenQ G920WL is an LED backlit 19 incher with a 1440x900 resolution which is certainly decent given the screen size.
