I emailed them about the faulty 4 mode drop-in and initially they thought I'd been sent a 1 mode so said I could keep the 1 mode at a reduced cost and they'd send me a new 4 mode but I explained that it was a 4 mode just faulty and lower brightness at all times.
They're sending me a fresh 4 mode one, already got the tracking number
I guess the faulty one can be a spare I can dismantle and tinker with
