Spec me an LED Torch

im after a flashlight that has a holster that i can stick to the underside of the dashboard in my car for emergencies
Something like an Olight Seeker 4 Pro will do the trick and well.

Comes with the holster mount as well.

I bought an Astrolux EC03 a few years ago based on comments in this thread and have been really pleased with it. I've been thinking of buying another, mainly as a spare when I go camping but it's been a while now and I imagine torch tech has moved on a little bit. Is the EC03 still a good choice or is there a better buy? I wouldn't even mind something smaller similar to an EC01 with it being slightly more pocket friendly.

Also, I might chuck in a decent head torch if anyone has any suggestions please?

I like my Astrolux EA04 and it is very bright. Don't expect the maximum brightness to last for too long, due to heat though. But if you run it at a little under turbo, it's a decent enough torch for walking the dog - I even use mine on the bike sometimes, but only really down paths with little to no vehicles nearby, otherwise the beam can bright enough to be a distraction to drivers.

I'd be interested to see if anybody suggests something either just as powerful or more powerful than the EA04 for it's size.

Trying to buy a Marauder Mini 2 from the olight website but the checkout is greyed out. What am I doing wrong here. The website isn’t user friendly at all.

When I click the basket icon in the top right, I see a "Starts in..." countdown timer under the button that lets you change quantity. I think you need to wait for this timer to reach zero before you can buy any torches.

Crazy. Just let me spend money. What’s with all this countdown bs.

There is early access for loyal customers of the Olight store. I can already order since Friday, but a Marauder Mini 2 is over kill for my needs, I had a the original mini, but I have sold it due to the lack of use.

I use a Fenix HM75R for most things, mostly work as I do a lot of night shifts, but it's great for working on the car or motorbikes in the dark, walking the dog, fishing, all sorts of things requiring a light. Definitely one of my best purchases, and the extra battery doubles as a powerbank.

I've just this week purchased a SOFIRN HS41 Headlamp for a friend as a Christmas gift, but after checking it out I'm tempted to keep it for myself, it's so bright and clear compared to my Fenix and a fraction of the price too!

Oh right.. fair enough. My dad has a orange marauder mini, and it fantastic. It’s overkill sure but it’ll last a lifetime. The spot and flood lights are very powerful.

I bought a HS40 (I'm guessing the predecessor) at the beginning of the year & have been pretty impressed for the price. I got mine for DIY jobs round the house where I need to work in dark corners, or with power off etc, so didn't want anything too expensive incase I broke it doing stuff.

In a relatively small form factor with usb c charging, good light output for a few hours is the acebeam e75 still a good pick these days? I've had it on my list for a while based on it's historic reputation and build quality. Has anything come out in the last year which would be a good alternative. I'm leaning towards the natural white nichia 519a variation if I do go for it. I'm hoping for a cheeky black friday offer!
