Sont NWZ range, even the ones with Bluetooth headphones included are available at around £100 for the 16Gb ones every now and again.
The last iPod I had was a mini and my current player is a NWZ-A729 and the sony is far superior, great build quality, a lot of storage for the cash, very nice bundled headphones (mine are normal not bluetooth) comes with a cradle too for compatible sony hifi systems.
Can't go wrong witht he Sony's.
I do hear that the Sansa's are also great vfm
