at the moment i run a NAS backup device every other night, and a full drive image every weekend.

Try and make the backup nightly other than that you should be ok! SBS is relatively easy to setup and there is loads of help on the interweb. The first time Isetup AD I thought it was going to be a total nightmare but it was all done in less than a day. My advice would be keep everything as simple as possible it's easy to add stuff later.

Hope your going to RAID1 those 80 gig drives.

I picked up a 2nd hand ML370 G2 server for a mate... populated it with 5 36GB drives in RAID 5. Nice and cheap and even cheaper due to working for an HP partner
