Ahoy-hoy. :)

Finally got into RA3 after it sitting unused for months and quite enjoyed it, like all of the C&C series so now I'm after a new RTS.

Preferably something a little more realistic.

Is World in Conflict any good?


May be tempted to finally get Black and White 2 though.
 
I loved Time Commanders. :p

That show used the Total War engine, right?

Have never really looked into Total War but have Gates Of Troy which I enjoyed at the time.
 
Yeah, used the Rome engine I think.

If the ancient periods don't deter you, then you should check out the TW games. I've had literally hundreds of hours out of them!
 
I really liked World in Conflict when it first came out, unfortunately it's currently sat at the bottom of a massive list of games 'to be played' :p Too many games, not enough free time!
 
World in Conflict is rubbish. Though not realistic Total Annihilation and Supreme Commander are two of the best RTS made and definitely worth a look.
 
Skippi see if you can pickup the complete Company of Heroes boxset (including all the expansions) it really is imho, the best blend of action/rpg/strartegy/tension/fun you will EVER experience in a RTS. It's so deep yet instantly satisfying + with the amount of hours I have invested it would be unfair on myself to rate it anything less than one of my favourite games of all time!!
