Spec me an uber word processing and internet machine!

Hi all,
my aunt has asked for a new PC as her old one has slowed down and the hard drive is full.
It wsa made for her about 4-5 years ago and needs full refresh.

She uses it mainly for office work and internet browsing and email.

She doesnt want to have to upgrade for the foreseeable future, so pick as future proof as possible specs for her please!

Doesnt need screen or keyboard, printer or mouse, literally just the base unit.

There is no budget, as like I said, she doesn't want to have to replace it in a few years, so make it as fast as possible please!

No gaming is done on the machine, so both onboard graphics and sound are perfectly acceptable, unless there'sa good reason not to. Even a cheap graphics card that can output to two monitors might be worth it? I'll try and sell her the advantages of dual monitors!

I would have thought her PC is probably fine and just needs a spring clean and perhaps the addition of a SSD if it doesn't already have one.

I've done video editing on a machine just as old, just takes ages to render so for word processing and browsing the web I doubt you need to spend that much on it.

4gb RAM, already has an SSD. Cant remember the MoBo or CPU.
It was a budget build back when I originally put it together for her, so 5 years later, its starting to show signs of strain.

Any more takers for a spec, or just go for the above one?

Ideally, she doesnt need an OS as I can sort that, the case just needs to have intake filters as she'll never clean it.... and be as fast as possible.

generally don't come with ssds, riddled with annoying bloatware, bad quality psus and parts in general, and sometimes non standard parts making things difficult to fix/replace outside warranty.
