Spec me an upgrade from my Phenom

Hi Guys,

My build spec is below in sig and I want to upgrade my mobo / CPU to something with better gaming performance, SATA 6Gb, SLI capable & with USB 3.0 and stable overclocking of 4.0+. I've a budget of approx £400 and was looking at going down the intel route probs Ivybridge i5 - any suggestions would be a great help

I went with the UD5H WiFi from Gigabyte and it is awesome! got my i5 to 4.2 within 2 seconds of getting into boot.
