Spec me an upgrade

Hey all,

I've started to notice a few performance issues on my system, getting lower frame rates on newer games etc.

So I'm thinking of doing an upgrade. I have about £700 give or take and I upgraded my PSU a few months ago to a 750W XFX black edition so I won't be needing a new PSU.

I've currently got the following:

intel i7 930 at stock
stock heatsink
Gigabyte GA-X58-USB3
6gb ram ( corsair but can't remember the exact model number)
Stock EVGA GTX 570 (launch model)
Crucial M4 64 gb.
Samsung spinpoint F3.
XFX 750 Black PSU

So what should I upgrade? I don't have to spend all of my budget but I'd like to get the best bang for my buck. Not sure wither its worth overclocking what I've got in the mean time.

Edit: forgot to mention what games I'll be playing etc. Mainly BF3, Hitman, Planetside 2 and when its out Crysis 3

Just get a decent cooler and OC the 930, see if that makes a difference. The 930 is still a decent Cpu, as is your Gpu.

You have... 2 x PCI Express x16 slots, running at x16 - id use them, OC the cpu & look for a second hand gtx 570.

edit, it can do xfire or sli ;)

I'll keep an eye out in the members market then see if I can pick up a second hand 570 cheap.

As for doing X-fire that would probably cost more in the long run since I'd have to buy 2 new ATI cards

Thanks for the idea
