Spec me and ultrabook please?

Hi

I'm looking for the following:

-Lightweight
-High res (1080p)
-HDMI out
-preferably SSD

Any ideas? Is there anything on the horizon coming out soon that would fit the bill?

XPS 12 Convertible Ultrabook.

Does not have HDMI however you can use a display port converter.
