spec me and upgrade...

i am looking to upgrade my motherboard, processor and gfx card for my comp for about £300 i've got 1Gb of Kingston HyperX pc 2700 Ram to go in so not gonna overclock or nothing like that and processor must have the heatsink and everythink with it any ideas guys ?

it will be used mainly for gaming !

What are you starting with? That will determine whether you will actually get much of an upgrade. However to use your existing Ram this might be suitable.
