I have come up with the following slightly over budget, any alternatives (Rig Only) :)

Have to admit, stulids spec is way better.

Your spec is missing a CPU cooler, and it'd have to be a darn good one...

I would not go with the 9590 atall, its just an overclocked 8320/8350 and it will ise a lot of power and produxe a lot of heat (that is why you need a good cooler) to run at even its 'stock speed', boost clocks are a different story.

The 4690k will outperform that chip aswell, in games, easily.

It has less core and threads (and a lower clock speed) but the arcitechure it is built on is much stronger. That is how it out performs the 9590.

The 4690k also doesn't have an issue with heat, so a smaller/cheaper cooler is a good option (if you're not over clocking much. Which makes it a far cheaper option.

Stulids spec is pretty bang on.
