Spec me as cheap as possible!

Right I basically need a PC made which will need to be able to run WoW and probably CS:S, I know the source engine scales amazingly so im not too worried about that.

I have an old 939 board which I plan to use along with a PSU and HDD's etc.

All I really need is a graphics card, im hoping to pay less than 40quid really, any suggestions? Oh and reckon this will do it well? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CP-150-AM&groupid=701&catid=6&subcat=567

am i right in saying you need a GPU and CPU?

is the graphics agp or pcie?

your best bet for that budget maybe a 7300 graphics card and the amd athlon 3700+ ,you linked to

The CPU I linked is probably what i'll buy, but the item in question is a GPU, and its PCI-E.

anyone have experiance with an 8500GT 512? Have been offered one for 40quid from a mate, will it run to my needs?

I'd imagin so, my mate runs CSS with a radeon 1600 at medium settings at 1024x768, so it should be fine.

For your purposes, the CPU you linked to will be fine. But while it's still possible, I'd get a dual core which will give you a much better all round experience (outside of wow & cSS):

& they're getting ever-scarcer for socket 939.

Nah I have the PC in sig for use whenever I want, this PC is for my younger sister. Sickens me as I recently sold a 4400 and an x800gt on the 'bay.
