Spec me budget PC

I am looking for a budget office PC, max is £200 i was wondering if anyone had something in mind. I can build it myself.

I need the base unit only, OS not required.
Must have a DVD writer.

If you can stretch to £270ish you could get a Sandy Bridge i3-2100, H61 motherboard and 4GB of RAM. Massive difference in performance compared to the Athlon II X2!

The 760G chipset has onboard graphic, and so does i3 2100. But yea...if you can, stretch to the i3 2100. It's around 3-4 times the speed of the Athlon II X2.
