Spec me... cleaning kit

Hi all,
I finally have a car which i care enough about and a house where I can actually clean my car myself (ie not use automatic washers and jet washes in petrol stations) So could anyone spec me a wishlist car cleaning stuff so it a give the ST a proper detail..

autoglym i seem to remember as the best but i thhink 'meguirs(?)' are ok too?

Needs to be more specific

I hear Auto Glym Extra Gloss Protection is rather good on dark coloured cars?

Need to get all the basics; 2 buckets, wash mitts, polishing cloths, drying towel etc...

I personally just use the Autoglym stuff atm as we already had it, but I hear Dodo Juice Purple Haze is very good for Black cars.

Here are results of my black car after 2 hours work of, shampoo, AG super resin polish and then AG extra gloss protection:
