Spec me complete for £600 please

Hi guys, I need some advice on a system to make for the family pc, I don't use it so it wouldn't need to play the latest games although a niceish middle range card would be nice. I'll need everything from case, boards, cards, windows 7 HP 64, etc for the £600, a tough task perhaps although having no knowledge of computer hardware past early 2010 I'm afraid I don't know, lol.

Any advice and help appreciated.
