Spec me components for £400

Hey all. Recently got a X1 but regretting it a little and I'm just having a quick look around at what I could get to rejoin the PC gaming world.

I have a monitor, keyboard, mouse, case and a 560Ti '448 edition' graphics card so I need to fill in the rest. Ideally I'd like to spend around £350-400 (basically what I'd sell the Xbox for plus a little added on top). No OS needed. Could I get a suitable build with that budget?

It's for gaming, but I'm not playing anything completely modern (older Bioshocks, random stuff like Euro Truck Sim etc) so the 560Ti should do me well for now.

Thanks for the quick responses! As stated in OP, I already have a case - is there any spec worth jiggling around after dropping the case from the budget?

Also, how do these new AMDs compare to the Intels? My last rig was an i5-3570K and I was quite a fan

Your case does take ATX sized boards?

You may also be safer to use a small cooler in this case of yours - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-013-RT&groupid=701&catid=2330&subcat=2666 - just in case it interferes with the side panel.
