Before you ask I've already searched, but you know how it is with these things, other people always get better deals.
I'm currently living in a ground floor, one bedroom bedroom flat in an apartment complex in the middle of town.
I'd like to be covered for theft, fire and flood. Don't really give a toss about anything else. Just aslong as if any of those three things happen, my stuff is insured. I don't have much, but my lappy, tv, guitar etc soon add up. I also live right next to a river that has flooded in the past. So that's really quite important.
What do you pay? Who'd you recommend?
