Spec me CPU Cooler for i5-3750k

Hi, Looking for good cooler for my new Ivy setup.
Looking to OC 4ghz-4.5ghz

Ready to spend ~£50, however if between cheaper and more expensive cpu 1C-3C difference I would go for cheaper option.

There is a new hr-02 macho out, with black/white fan, unfortunately ocuk don't stock it.

4.2GHz on a True 140 would be good. 4.5GHz on a Noctua D14/Silver Arrow SB-E for better temps and silence would get my vote though.
