Yeah he has an Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro Rev2 I believe, I checked and it has the right mountings for the CPU.

Are the Z87 boards the only ones that can overclock?

Yep. Z87 only ones that can overclock - the freezer pro should be fairly decent, I have one and it works well.

Ordered yesterday @ around 3:30, arrived today bang on 11:34 of the 11:34-12:34 window.

Thought the ram was missing but it was hiding under the cardboard fold at the bottom.

Will be putting it together as soon as my boys in nursery
