Spec me CPU Water cooler

Hi
I am interested in water cooling my CPU (i7 950, Asus Rampage 2 extreme) and I was wondering what are my options. It should be a simple set up, and I won't be cooling the GFX so just CPU.

Can anyone help, as I haven't a clue about water

Go do some research,

1. Start by reading the sticky at the top of this forum.
2. Then maybe try searching on ANY search engine for "water cooling setup guide".
3. Have a look through some build logs, see what others have done with similar setups to your own, learn from their mistakes.

Then come up with a plan, post what you want to do and folks will help out/critique.

A kit would be easy first time to do, EK and XSPC do them, I would say get the 240mm rad version of either kit and enjoy.

As members have said read up so you now what questions to ask and to help you build your custom loop. Check out skinneelabs - http://skinneelabs.com/ + martinsliquidlab - http://martinsliquidlab.org/category/how-to-misc/, both are upto date with watercooling.

If you have low airflow in your case after swapping to watercooling, keep an eye on your northbridge temps as they can get quite high with overclocking
