Spec me Data Backup Software

With lots of different software out there I dont know which to use.

I want to be able to backup my Win7 box which has content spread across 2 drives to a single external HDD. Want to be able to schedule this for once a week backup with only adding new or modified files after the initial backup.

So, which software should I go for, prefer free but if its a low cost solution that suits my needs I'm happy to pay a small amount.

The built in backup tool should do this no problem.
