Didn't see myself posting this on a 'hardware based' internet forum, but I'm all out of ideas. Parents have left me and my younger brother at home for the weekend and I'm fed up of eating Pizza, Chips, Sausages and whatever.

So i've given you the task of coming up with something different for dinner tomorrow.

Budget:- £10
People:- 2
Cooking Experience; Pretty decent

Really simple creamy curry

2 Cans of coconut cream
4 Onions
Can of chick peas
6 Tomatoes
2 tps Tumeric
2 cloves of garlic
2 tps Cumin
1 tps Curry Powder

Fry onions and garlic
Throw in spices
Pour in coconut
Chuck in chick peas
Peel tomatoes, chop em up and chuck them in
Leave it to cook slowly for about an our or so

Chuck some protein in there too if you like, serve with rice and/or naan

You can't go wrong with meatballs, in a cream and mushroom sauce

beef mince, finely diced onion, garlic paste, oregano, egg, optional parmesan.
Beef stock, half the amount of cream to beer stock, musrhooms and worcster sauce.

Mix all the meatball ingredients together. Form small balls and fry, brown all over. Slice the mushrooms and fry with the balls, add the beef stock and reduce by about half. Throw in the cream and Worcester sauce. Serve with taglatelli pasta.
