Depending on the just how quiet you want it - I'd go for a scythe ninja. Mine runs an overclocked 3000+ @ 2.5ghz 1.55v passively no probs. At worst with a dual core you're lokoing at running a 7volted nexus fan which will still be nearly silent.

The PSU will be the next thing to look at .... the Antec Neo HE 430 and the seasonic are the quietest available

That gfx card will need an aftermarket cooler to be quiet.

I'm not sure if the DFI northbridge is fanless ... if not get a zalman passive cooler for it (assuming it's not one of the boards where the northbridge cooler would clash with the PCI-E card)

Finally - make sure you suspend or foam mount the hard drive
