Spec me everything I need after building PC

Wassup forum, Can you guys suggest/link me to programmes that are a must have after building your PC. Reason why I am creating this thread is because once i build my pc i can just come to this thread and everything will be here

Oh and i would like a good free anti virus, i will do some overclocking on GPU and CPu so some test programmes would be nice
