Spec me: First Gaming PC

Hi,

Would anyone be able to give me advice and spec me my first gaming pc. I require everything. The games I play are Battlefield, Total War games. I would like to be able to play these games on ultra settings. I have a budget of £700, is this feasible?

At the moment I am trying, and failing, to play these on my laptop. I am able to build the PC myself.
